Editorial Notes

Codification Section, Pub. L. 93–531, § 20, Dec. 22, 1974, 88 Stat. 1722, which provided for perpetual use of Cliff Spring by the Hopi Tribe as a shrine for religious ceremonial purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
