Editorial Notes

Codification Section, act Aug. 27, 1954, ch. 1009, § 12, 68 Stat. 874, which related to adjustment of debts in making per capita payments to mixed-blood members and execution of mortgages on property, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
