Codification Section, act Aug. 27, 1954, ch. 1009, § 24, 68 Stat. 877; Pub. L. 93–608, § 1(15), Jan. 2, 1975, 88 Stat. 1969, which related to presentation of a development program for the full-blood group to eventually terminate Federal supervision, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
