Codification Section, Pub. L. 98–481, § 7, Oct. 17, 1984, 98 Stat. 2253; Pub. L. 105–256, § 5, Oct. 14, 1998, 112 Stat. 1897, which related to establishment of a reservation for the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
