Codification Section, Pub. L. 93–197, § 3, Dec. 22, 1973, 87 Stat. 770; Pub. L. 96–88, title V, § 509(b), Oct. 17, 1979, 93 Stat. 695, which related to Federal recognition of the Menominee Tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
