Codification Section, Pub. L. 101–484, § 10, Oct. 31, 1990, 104 Stat. 1169; Pub. L. 102–497, § 2, Oct. 24, 1992, 106 Stat. 3255, which related to the establishment of an economic development plan for the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
