L. 97–470, title V, § 524, Jan. 14, 1983, 96 Stat. 2600, provided in part that: “The provisions of this Act [enacting this chapter and repealing chapter 52 (§ 2041 et seq.) of Title 7, Agriculture] shall take effect ninety days from the date of enactment [Jan. 14, 1983].” Short TitlePub. L. 97–470, § 1, Jan. 14, 1983, 96 Stat. 2584, provided in part that this Act [enacting this chapter and repealing chapter 52 (§ 2041 et seq.) of Title 7, Agriculture] may be cited as the “Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act”.
