Codification Section, act Sept. 6, 1950, ch. 896, ch. IX, § 101, 64 Stat. 726, which related to availability of appropriation for payments to school districts, was from the Civil Functions Appropriation Act, 1951, and was not repeated in subsequent appropriation acts.
