G, title LVXXXV [LXXXV], § 8508, Jan. 1, 2021, 134 Stat. 4755, effective upon the enactment of section 401 of Pub. L. 115–282 and notwithstanding section 402(e) of Pub. L. 115–282, which repealed this chapter.
