# 36 U.S.C. § 190101 - Organization

## Text

(a) Federal Charter.— Reserve Officers Association of the United States (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
