Codification Section, Pub. L. 106–177, title II, § 205, Mar. 10, 2000, 114 Stat. 37, which authorized appropriations of $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2000, 2001, and 2002 to carry out this chapter, was omitted from the Code as obsolete.
