# 42 U.S.C. § 17351 - Definitions

## Text

In this part:

(1) Board The term “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Foundation established pursuant to section 17352(c) of this title.

(2) Chief Executive Officer The term “Chief Executive Officer” means the chief executive officer of the Foundation appointed pursuant to section 17352(b) of this title.

(3) Foundation The term “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established by section 17352(a) of this title.
