Codification Section, Pub. L. 88–164, title II, § 225, as added Pub. L. 94–63, title III, § 303, July 29, 1975, 89 Stat. 326; amended Pub. L. 95–622, title I, § 110(c), Nov. 9, 1978, 92 Stat. 3420, which related to prerequisites, amount, procedures, etc., for recovery of payments by the United States, was transferred to section 238l of this title.
