Effective Date of RepealPub. L. 91–211, title I, § 104, Mar. 13, 1970, 84 Stat. 55, provided that the repeal by that section is effective with respect to projects under subchapter II of this chapter or part A of subchapter III of this chapter approved after June 30, 1970.
