Codification Section, Pub. L. 91–616, title III, § 304, as added Pub. L. 93–282, title I, § 107, May 14, 1974, 88 Stat. 127, which related to special grants for implementation of the Uniform Alcoholism and Intoxication Treatment Act, was transferred to section 4576 of this title and subsequently repealed.
