# 42 U.S.C. § 239l–3 - Funding

## Text

Beginning with fiscal year 2010, the Secretary shall transfer from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund such sums as may be necessary to carry out this part.

B, title VIII, § 1828, Apr. 15, 2011, 125 Stat. 162, provided that: “Hereafter, no funds appropriated by this division or by any previous or subsequent Act shall be available for transfer under section 274 [42 U.S.C. 239l–3] of the PHS Act [Public Health Service Act].”
