# 48 U.S.C. § 367a - Transferred

Editorial Notes

Codification Section, act Oct. 9, 1942, ch. 584, § 5, 56 Stat. 779, which made public land claimants liable for fees, commissions, or purchase money required by law to be paid, was transferred to section 79d of Title 43, Public Lands.
