# Colorado HB 24-1173 (2024A) — Electric Vehicle Charging System Permits

The act establishes permitting procedures for electric vehicle (EV) charging systems for counties with a population of 20,000 or more (covered county) and municipalities with a population of 10,000 or more (covered municipality).
