# Illinois HB 4251 (102nd) — TWP CD – COMPETITIVE BIDDING

Amends the Township Code. Provides that any purchase by a township for services, materials, equipment, or supplies in excess of $30,000 (rather than $20,000) shall be contracted in specified ways.
