# Illinois HB 4668 (95th) — VEH CD-SCRAP, RECYCLABLE METAL

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that all recycling centers within the State must require individuals who recycle copper to present a valid driver's license or State-issued identification card at the time of the transaction and must maintain a log of all copper recycling transactions.
