# Illinois HB 1238 (98th) — H FOUNDATION PLATES

Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Committed to a Cure Fund. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the issuance of The H Foundation - Committed to a Cure for Cancer plates.
