Codification Section, act Sept. 1, 1954, ch. 1207, § 11, 68 Stat. 1103, which provided that nothing in this subchapter would abrogate any valid lease, permit, license, right-of-way, lien, or other contract approved before Sept. 1, 1954, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
