# Illinois HB 1360 (99th) — SCH CD-CHARTER SCH-HEALTH REQ

Amends the Charter Schools Law of the School Code. Requires a charter school to comply with all (instead of all applicable) health and safety requirements applicable to public schools under the laws of this State.
