Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 7 U.S.C. § 8719 - Period of effectiveness
Text
This subchapter shall be effective beginning with the 2008 crop year of each covered commodity through the 2012 crop year.
