Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Section, added Pub. L. 117–81, div. A, title V, § 549G(a)(1), Dec. 27, 2021, 135 Stat. 1727; amended Pub. L. 118–159, div. A, title XVII, § 1701(a)(9), Dec. 23, 2024, 138 Stat. 2203, required the Secretary of each military department to submit annual reports on racial, ethnic, and sex demographics in the military justice system and required the Secretary of Defense to forward any reports received to Congress.
