Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 2 U.S.C. § 1813 - Exterior of Capitol
Text
On and after July 7, 1884, it shall be the duty of the Architect to clean and keep in proper order the exterior of the Capitol.
