2 U.S.C. § 1854 - Overtime compensation for certain employees of Architect of Capitol

Text

For overtime pay purposes, per diem and per hour employees under the Office of the Architect of the Capitol not subject to chapter 51 and subchapter III of chapter 53 of title 5, shall be regarded as subject to the provisions of sections 5544(a) and 6102 of title 5, and sections 60e3 and 60e4 of this title shall not be applicable to such employees.

L. 89554, Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 631, section 1 of which enacted Title 5.

Amendments1949—Act Oct. 28, 1949, substituted “Classification Act of 1949” for “Classification Act of 1923”.
