Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 2 U.S.C. § 1861 - Appropriations under control of Architect of the Capitol
Text
Appropriations under the control of the Architect of the Capitol shall be available for expenses of advertising and personal and other services.
