Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. 10 U.S.C. § 8780 - Heat and light for Young Men’s Christian Association buildings
Text
The Secretary of the Navy may furnish, without charge, heat and light to any building of the Young Men’s Christian Association located at a naval activity.
