Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 15 U.S.C. § 9032 - Implementation
Text
(a) Non-application of the Paperwork Reduction Act Chapter 35 of title 44 (commonly referred to as the “Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995”),11 So in original. shall not apply to the provisions of, and the amendments made by, this subtitle.
(b) Operating instructions or other guidance Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Labor may issue any operating instructions or other guidance necessary to carry out the provisions of, or the amendments made by, this subtitle.
