Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 15 U.S.C. § 2234 - Encouraging adoption of standards for firefighter health and safety
Text
The Administrator shall promote adoption by fire services of national voluntary consensus standards for firefighter health and safety, including such standards for firefighter operations, training, staffing, and fitness, by—
(1) educating fire services about such standards;
(2) encouraging the adoption at all levels of government of such standards; and
(3) making recommendations on other ways in which the Federal Government can promote the adoption of such standards by fire services.
