now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

16 U.S.C. § 410yy9 - Authorization of appropriations

Text

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter, but not to exceed $5,000,000 for the acquisition of lands and interests therein, $50,000,000 for development, and $25,000,000 for financial and technical assistance to owners of non-Federal property as provided in section 410yy7 of this title.

(b) There are authorized to be appropriated annually to the Commission to carry out its duties under this subchapter, $250,000.
