Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 16 U.S.C. § 460ffff–5 - Protection of services and recreational opportunities
Text
(a) Effect of subchapter Nothing in this subchapter limits commercial services for existing or historic recreation uses, as authorized by the permit process of the Bureau of Land Management.
(b) Guided recreational opportunities Commercial permits to exercise guided recreational opportunities for the public that are authorized as of March 12, 2019, may continue to be authorized.
