Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

16 U.S.C. § 460jj2 - Hunting and fishing

Text

The Secretary shall permit hunting and fishing on lands and waters under the Secretarys jurisdiction within the boundaries of the Arap­aho National Recreation Area in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, except that the Secretary may designate zones where, and establish periods when, no hunting or fishing shall be permitted for reasons of public safety, area general administration, or public use and enjoyment. Except in emergencies, any regulations made by the Secretary pursuant to this section shall be put into effect only after consultation with the appropriate State fish and game department.
