Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 16 U.S.C. § 1613 - Promulgation of regulations
Text
The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as he determines necessary and desirable to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.
