59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

16 U.S.C. § 6109 - Authorization of appropriations

Text

(a) In general There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $6,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2028.

(b) Use of funds Of the amounts made available under subsection (a) for each fiscal year, not less than 75 percent shall be expended for projects carried out at a location outside of the United States.

Prior to amendment, section related to approriations for fiscal years 2006 through 2010. 2006—Pub. L. 109363 designated existing provisions as subsec. (a), inserted heading, substituted “for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010 the amount specified for that fiscal year in subsection (b)” for “$5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005”, and added subsecs. (b) to (d).
