Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

20 U.S.C. § 80t7 - Authorization of appropriations

Text

(a) In general There are authorized to be appropriated to the Smithsonian Institution to carry out this subchapter,11 See References in Text note below. including the planning, design, construction, and operation of the Museum established under section 80t1 of this title, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020 and each succeeding fiscal year.

(b) Availability Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization under this section shall remain available until expended.

(c) Use of funds for fundraising Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization under this section may be used to conduct fundraising in support of the Museum from private sources.
