Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 20 U.S.C. § 9601 - Definitions
Text
In this subchapter:
(1) In general The terms “local educational agency” and “State educational agency” have the meanings given those terms in section 7801 of this title.
(2) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Education.
