Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

Section, acts Jan. 27, 1948, ch. 36, title X, § 1008, 62 Stat. 14; Sept. 21, 1961, Pub. L. 87256, § 111(a)(2), 75 Stat. 538; Oct. 26, 1974, Pub. L. 93475, § 7, 88 Stat. 1440; 1977 Reorg. Plan No. 2, § 7(a)(1), 42 F.R. 62461, 91 Stat. 1637, required the Director to submit annual reports to Congress on expenditures made and activities carried on under this chapter, including appraisals and measurements, where feasible, as to the effectiveness of the several programs in each country where conducted. Pub. L. 87256, § 111(9)(2), Sept. 21, 1961, 75 Stat. 538, previously repealed this section insofar as it related to educational exchange activities. See section 2458(b) of this title.
