Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Editorial Notes
Codification Section, Pub. L. 98–139, title II, Oct. 31, 1983, 97 Stat. 881, which provided that during fiscal year 1984 and thereafter the superintendent of Saint Elizabeths Hospital could reside off the premises of the hospital, notwithstanding former section 165 of this title, was omitted in light of the transfer of Saint Elizabeths Hospital to the District of Columbia on Oct. 1, 1987, by Pub. L. 98–621, Nov. 8, 1984, 98 Stat. 3369, which is classified principally to subchapter III (§ 225 et seq.) of this chapter.
