Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Editorial Notes
Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–467, § 3, Oct. 6, 1972, 86 Stat. 781, which prohibited the Secretary from approving plans for the use of money specified in former section 1300b–1 of this title until at least thirty days after the plans have been submitted by the Secretary to Congressional committees, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
