Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Codification Section, Pub. L. 100–580, § 3, Oct. 31, 1988, 102 Stat. 2927; Pub. L. 102–572, title IX, § 902(b)(1), Oct. 29, 1992, 106 Stat. 4516, which provided that nothing in this subchapter would affect the entitlement established under decisions of the United States Court of Federal Claims in the Short cases or any final judgment which might be rendered in those cases, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
