Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Editorial Notes
Codification Section, Pub. L. 103–324, § 4, Sept. 21, 1994, 108 Stat. 2157, which reaffirmed Federal recognition of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians and the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and provided for the bands and their members to be eligible for all services and benefits provided by the Federal Government to Indians because of their federally recognized status, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
