Fabio 76b8ec33a7 Legal corpus: the complete U.S. Code (59,740 sections, all 53 titles)
Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

Codification Section, Pub. L. 93531, § 13, Dec. 22, 1974, 88 Stat. 1717; Pub. L. 96305, § 6, July 8, 1980, 94 Stat. 932; Pub. L. 100666, § 4(d), Nov. 16, 1988, 102 Stat. 3931; Pub. L. 101121, title I, § 120, Oct. 23, 1989, 103 Stat. 722, which directed the Commissioner of the Office of Navajo and Hopi Indian Relocation to prepare a report for Congress concerning relocation of households and members of each tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
