Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Codification Section, Pub. L. 93–531, § 4, Dec. 22, 1974, 88 Stat. 1713; Pub. L. 98–620, title IV, § 402(27), Nov. 8, 1984, 98 Stat. 3359, which related to preparation of a report by the mediator containing his recommendations for the settlement in the event of failure of the negotiating teams to reach agreement, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
