Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Editorial Notes
Codification Section, act Sept. 1, 1954, ch. 1207, § 8, 68 Stat. 1102, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to transfer to a tribe or to a public or nonprofit body any federally owned property deemed necessary for public use and from which members of the tribes would derive benefit, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
