Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 25 U.S.C. § 1667a - Definitions
Text
In this part:
(1) Administration The term “Administration” means the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
(2) Demonstration project The term “demonstration project” means the Indian youth telemental health demonstration project authorized under section 1667b(a) of this title.
(3) Telemental health The term “telemental health” means the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long-distance mental health care, patient and professional-related education, public health, and health administration.
