(June 6, 1933, ch. 49, § 12, 48 Stat. 117; Pub. L. 105–220, title III, § 308, Aug. 7, 1998, 112 Stat. 1082.)
Notes
Editorial Notes
Amendments1998—Pub. L. 105–220, which directed the substitution of “The Secretary” for “The Director, with the approval of the Secretary of Labor,”, was executed by making the substitution for text which read in part “director” rather than “Director”, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
