Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 36 U.S.C. § 150408 - Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges
Text
(a) In General.— The corporation shall have the sole and exclusive right to use the names “National American Indian Veterans, Incorporated” and “National American Indian Veterans”, and such seals, emblems, and badges as the corporation may lawfully adopt.
(b) Effect.— Nothing in this section interferes or conflicts with any established or vested rights.
