Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

36 U.S.C. § 190109 - Records and inspection

Text

(a) Records.— The corporation shall keep—

(1) correct and complete records of account;

(2) minutes of the proceedings of its national conventions, national executive committee, and other national entities of the corporation; and

(3) at its principal office, a record of the names and addresses of its members entitled to vote.

(b) Inspection.— A member entitled to vote, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
